There has been a sweeping change to the smugmug site where I keep all the photos that I take.

I spent the summer months changing all my previous galleries to allow for the new styles, choosing the one I liked and designing the site.  It works much the same but it can seem very different. Simply put it works this way:

This is the smugmug home page.  Hard to see in this small view but there are three navigation choices - Home ( you're there ) browse and search.  Search is the least valuable because it assumes you know how I coded the images.  Use browse to get to the galleries which I have worked hard to make logical.

This is the main browse page.  Which is organized by my photo areas. Football/swimming/wrestling/basketball/soccer/lacrosse/waterpolo/baseball/track and cross country/skateboarding and BMX/travel/photo visions/events

I leave it to you to understand that diving and beach related events are all under swimming.

If, for example, you choose the folder "football"  the football folder page comes up with  New Jersey( my pre-retirement home)/ CSCS 2012/CSCS 2013/ and Belen

choosing CSCS 2013 brings up another set of folders that are called galleries and each "gallery" houses one portfolio of images. Which in my world are games.  Thus, there is a logical progression from home screen to the game you want.

double clicking on any images brings up a large image  - you can go backwards and forwards through the whole gallery now with the arrows. Also in the lower right is a toolbar that allows you to download, choose sizes, and an info button to give you some metrics of the way I had the camera set to make this shot.
